About Coach

Subha Thangaraj is a leadership coach, author and a blogger. She has over 17 years of industry experience in diverse domains – product development, research labs, software development and engineering. She has worked with IT giants and automotive engineering transitioning from an individual contributor to a senior leader while she developed coaching as her passion.

She has worked on large scale enterprise transformation programs globally across India, Europe, US and UK. This includes organizational change management and leadership transformation programs working closely with senior leaders and staff at all levels.

Establishing BeaconInU transformation, she has conducted physical and online leadership and personal development programs for teams, aspiring leaders, women leaders who hit the glass ceiling and senior leaders across various industries and academic institutions. Her vision is to make “Strategy Meet Execution” building connected workplace and connected leadership.

She is also a simple story-teller who believes in learning by reflecting from simple experiences in life.
